Training at CCHMS with those chungchengs girls when it supposed to be having a friendly with them. The training by Ruiwen was so awful. Disgusted. Knee caps are 'utterly' smashed from those jumpings over skipping ropes. its was all physical today. pumpings, running, jumping and those enduring thingys. Sweating like hell. *drip drip drip* (: and as for the running arnd the CCHMS BIG POSHED PRIVATE HOUSING CUM BUNGALOW AREA, about a 20 mins run, bout 3++ kilometres. to VIVIEN...I think it was an endless route to her. and xiaoyan too. bot alas, they still make it to the end. *clap clap*. but with SOMEBODY'S help, the will of making it through is levelled! (: hahaha. we all kno who SHE is.. bleahs.
